With the side tabs for open/close, this one fit the bill – and you can keep the spout open through your whole workout. It also doesn’t require much suction to drink water if you invert it enough. My use doesn’t test the ability to keep drinks cold, but I will say that it doesn’t impart a plasticky taste to the water. It has been great for what I need.
