All claims must be directed to the P&P IMPORTS, LLC retail dealer from whom the merchandise was originally purchased, along with original delivery receipt., P&P IMPORTS, LLC warrants its Products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of six (6) months from date of delivery to the consumer. Please keep your original delivery receipt, as it will be required for any warranty claim. This warranty is not transferable and does not apply to merchandise purchased “as is” (i.e. floor samples or clearance center items). This warranty does not apply to P&P IMPORTS, LLC goods purchased from a non-authorized P&P IMPORTS, LLC dealer or reseller. Problem with Parts: Resolved – I had a problem with this product from the very beginning. Within the packaging, all the parts were present as indicated on the product manual. However, the rebounder contained two left front legs, making impossible to properly assemble, per the instructions. I emailed the product manufacturer and provided an invoice (proof of purchase) and photos of the problem. They wrote back quickly and sent the correct part within a couple of days. Everything is assembled and working as described. I will say that assembling this product is easier with two people; as described on the instruction manual.

Does not rebound well – The only positive use we have found for this is to practice your passing. In terms of using it for rebounding…the chance of the ball going through the hoop, landing on the center of this device, and coming back to you is about 5%. We almost returned it but decided to keep it for passing purposes.

Great to practice drills – My husband purchased this for our daughter, age 11 to practice ball handling at home. She is in love with it so far and has been using it every day since it arrived. It works great to bounce the ball back to her and practice ball handling skills. My daughter struggled in her last tournament to keep the ball in her hands when it was passed to her, we are hoping this will help her get a better feel for the ball.
