All claims must be directed to the P&P IMPORTS, LLC retail dealer from whom the merchandise was originally purchased, along with original delivery receipt., P&P IMPORTS, LLC warrants its Products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of six (6) months from date of delivery to the consumer. Please keep your original delivery receipt, as it will be required for any warranty claim. This warranty is not transferable and does not apply to merchandise purchased “as is” (i.e. floor samples or clearance center items). This warranty does not apply to P&P IMPORTS, LLC goods purchased from a non-authorized P&P IMPORTS, LLC dealer or reseller. Please follow all instructions regarding your Product, as failure to do so will void this warranty.

Overall Sturdy Good Rim – Make sure you check your backboard where the bolts go, I didn’t and it didn’t fit exactly. We made it work by drilling some extra holes. The rim looks good and our hoop has already fallen over once and it didn’t get damaged at all.

Awsome hoop – I replaced my Lifetime rim that had rusted and broken off and this one was a perfect fit. It came with the u-bolt and all the nuts and bolts and even a new net. I simply turned the basketball goal on its side used a couple of wrenches that I had and it was up in about 20 minutes. The only thing I needed my son to help me on was to to hold the rim in place while I secured it to the backboard. Other than that it was really easy and simple. I highly recommend.

Study rim & fits most backboard holes – This rim is study but lighter than most rims allowing easier installation. The rim has variable lengths of iron drilled out allowing installation on many backboard holes. [This rim was the only correct sized one I could find to install on the backboard (and broken rim) I inherited from a house purchase.] This rim is affordable- all the 18″ sized rims were expensive due to the breakaway spring to prevent backboards and rims being damaged from gorilla dunks. But if you have kids who can’t dunk (yet) or you’re too old to, this is the cost effective solution. One drawback is that the washers supplied should be larger and thicker.
