Easy to use – flexible settings – Can be set to work with multiple alert functions (loud or quiet buzz, and/or vibration mode). I use this for timing my walk breaks during running sessions. A must have for the Run/Walk/Run enthusiasts.

Great timer – Portable, light, nice (small) size. Excellent device for timing physical therapy exercises (as well as other ones). The two timers and counters allow for example to repeat an exercise for a certain length of time using the first timer, and use the second timer with its counter to take a break (for the amount of time you need); upon completion of the break the counter counts up by one the break time. So I can execute the exercise, take a short break and repeat the exercise once again until reaching the desired number of iterations, without getting distracted by keeping a count by myself. Videos on YouTube show how to setup the device to its different functions. In addition the GymBoss timer has a stop timer and a clock functions.

This works for my needs – I’ve started interval workouts and this has proven easy to program and the alarms are not too loud. This is my second Gymboss, the first being quite old. This is easier to set and the alarm isn’t offensive. The negative reviews say it breaks right away. We’ll see.

works well – I had the original gymboss which died on me after one too many drops, plus the rubber was getting all gummy and sticky. This newer version seems to be an overall upgrade in terms of the clip is removable, buttons are better, and the softcoat. The alarm doesn’t seem to be as loud as the original, and there’s no reason why this can’t be IP rated. I guess they wanted to knickle and dime you by charging $2 more for the Plus versions to get a louder beep and better water resistance, which is probably what the original version was but they found a way to squeeze and extra $2 from people…even though the Plus isn’t IP rated either.

Duel Timers and Vibrates – Love this gadget! So long story short, I am recovering from knee surgery and recently started what is called a return to running program which has different phases. A few of the phases have me alternating walking for a period of time and then running for a period of time. I didn’t like the count down timer on my smart watch since it only could do one set amount of time at a time. I also didn’t want something I had to hold in my hand or something that I had to keep an ear out for. This little guy allows me to use two different count down timers on a consecutive rotation for how ever long I want it to go. It also has the option to chose, beep, vibrate, or beep and vibrate as it transitions between timers. It comes with a little clip that I comfortably clip to my sports bra strap and away I go. I can listen to my music as loud as it want to and the vibration notifies me when it’s time to start the next activity. Love it!

some minor annoyances, but it works and I will definitely be using it a lot – This basically does what I want. I know that doesn’t sound too enthusiastic, but I would buy the same one again now that I’ve used it for awhile, hence the four stars.
