– My low rating is because it looks like we were sent a filthy returned bottle. We bought two bottles. One came beautifully packaged, immaculate and they do look like great quality. The second came in no packaging but a baggie. I opened it to find it full of moisture and digustingness. Including the straw, e.t.c. I’d never let my child drink out of this. It looks like it came from a playground. I’m super disappointed in the choice this company made in sending us this. Now I have to pay out of pocket to send back to third party, even though they sent such a sub par item.
