Just about perfect – Everything is great with 2 exceptions. #1 The knobs to tighten the sliding wheel holders are tough to tighten down. They should be “T” shaped or squares. #2 This is very minor but an extra push in reflector would be nice to have. It is extremely hard to get the reflector out of the tube to move it to the 2 bike position. It comes pre installed on the 2 bike add on.

Great bike rack – I bought this for a 500 mile road trip. This rack works amazing the only complaint is that it’s very heavy and bulky to store away. The tilt feature did not work on my Ford Raptor as the tailgate backup camera would rest on the bike rack. Works great in making sure your bikes are secured during transport and the bike rack shaking is very minimum.

If you are thinking about purchasing this product…BUY IT! – I don’t normally write reviews for products like this, BUT I just had to. This is an exceptional bike rack. My family and I just returned from a trip to Lake Placid, NY in the Adirondack mountains. I purchased the carrier specifically for this trip and I completely abused it for the entire week. The rack is well-constructed and easily accommodated four mountain bikes with 29 inch tires. There was plenty of space between the bikes so they never touched. Driving on the New Jersey Turnpike and I-87 in upstate New York can sometimes be an unpredictable drive; however, this bike rack handled driving at speeds up to 85-90 mph with 25-30 mile gusts from a recent tropical storm like it was nothing. It handled the up and downs of mountain driving with the winding roads at high speeds. When the bikes were locked into place they barely moved. I was driving past other cars carrying bikes and kept thinking how awesome ours was compared to those hanging bike racks that just had bikes dangling in the wind while they became a jumbled mess with their front tires spinning. 🙂

Well built, well designed bike rack – This is a very well built, sturdy bike rack. It doesn’t feel cheap at all and is designed better than my 2 bike rack of the same style. It’s reasonably priced considering the weight capacity, versatility, and number of bikes it holds. My only complaint is the main hitch bolt isn’t long enough to fit the lock on the other end, and the main mount for the rack sits up just a little too high to lower the tailgate. That’s a huge inconvenience but not really their fault because every vehicle is different. Overall I’m very happy with the purchase.
