These have a tendency to break off in the ball. – If you want good quality needles, get some different ones. These have a tendency to break off in the ball. We have a ball that has a needle rattling around in it. Thankfully, I didn’t put the other two needles so far in when I was airing up the balls, so I was able to pull them out with pliers. Of course they are cheap, so you have more if one breaks.

These ones only have one hole, not that little side hole, and the stem isn’t loose from the base like the last one I had. Which makes them great as dusters when used with a compressor. I’ve dusted many things with these, and they work better than canned air. They’re also great for filling basket balls.
