The best customer service! – Great price and quality. The seller has the best customer service. This was a birthday gift but unfortunately USPS lost it. When I contacted the seller he responded back right away and resent me another one on same day. I definitely love to purchase again.

Glad I found the Swim Ribbon Binder – The binder is of satisfactory quality. The ribbons are easily placed in the pockets and stay in place. There is adequate room in the pockets for 2 ribbons if you would want to use both sides of the pocket for display. In addition, there are full sheet pockets if you want to add larger displays like programs, time sheets, pictures, etc. I have had occasion to contact the producer and that was a very positive experience. They made suggestions and offered input for additional displays I wanted to add. I did a lot of looking prior to purchasing the binder and am very happy with it. The “Swimming” shown on the front of the Binder is included but not attached so if you had another sport or club which offered ribbons, this binder would be workable.

competition awards – Our swim meet ribbons have been a challenge to display but keep tidy, clean and preserved. This is the perfect solution. i love the way it comes both with, and with the ability, to add extra pockets for photo’s, event sheets, and anything else you might want to add. I absolutely love them and when one was damaged in shipping we also got amazing customer service! Highly recommended!

Edit: – The original binder didn’t meet my needs, and I was a little underwhelmed with the quality compared to the price. However, customer service is a big deal and deserves to be praised.

Arrived as promised. – I was expecting a scrap book quality book. However this is just a basic 3 ring binder. So not sure how long that will last. That was a little disappointing. If I had know it was a basic binder. I would have just ordered the refill pages. That would have been the better value option.

A bit disappointing – I bought this to organize my son’s swimming ribbons, which were stuffed into a shoebox, and am a bit disappointed. It only comes with ribbon holders for the smaller ribbons–the sheets will not hold the bigger ribbons–you need to get a different type of sheet cover for those. The binder isn’t very big and can’t fit very many sheets. I’m not even halfway through my son’s ribbons and there is no way the rest will fit. In addition, I had to order more sheets that will fit the larger ribbons. They provided one “as a sample”. They also provided a few full sheet protectors (which I liked) to put team pictures or other things in (caps, etc.). I ended up having to order bigger binders and more ribbon holders, including the larger ones. You’d be better off buying a bigger binder with a clear plastic thing on the front so that you can customize your own cover. For $35 it’s not really worth it, especially if you have a sh*t ton of ribbons like my son does. This might be better for a kid who is just starting out as opposed to someone like my son who has been swimming for 6 years and you can put the ribbons in as you go. Also, getting the ribbons into the sheets is a pain in the butt, but if you use the eraser side of a pencil, you can finish sliding them in. I wanted to love this more, but it’s really just a cheap binder you could get at Staples with an insert that says swimming that you could make yourself and print.
