It was a huge disappointment when it arrived not working! My husband had to run out to purchase a battery for this brand new watch. Extremely disappointed that this watch was not inspected prior to shipping to make sure it was in working condition!

Good for the money – Out of the box, nothing worked. Discovered the battery was dead. Replaced the battery and it worked fine and continues to do so, so far. Like many of these cheap devices, it is complicated to set up, but once done, it’s fine.
