Misleading video – According to the instructing video “Setting Method of PINGKO Pedometer”, this device functions both as pedometer and clock. The video tells users how to set time and choose between 12hr and 24hr time display. I chose to buy this one because of the dual functions. However, the device I received do not have the clock function. The pedometer function is fine though.

Only good for long, steady walks in the park – It was great for counting normal steps if you take a lot of them. However, if you use a lot of stairs and walk a few steps here and there, it is not at all accurate. The instructions said it only tracks if you walk 10 steps or more to prevent miscounting, but that backfired. My job requires me to walk a minimum of 2.5 miles per day stopping and going. At the end of the day, the pedometer only read 1.6 miles, which is way off. I tried multiple days and still didn’t work. This works well if you are taking a lap or multiple around a park, but not for other things. On a good note, it accurately kept track of the time.
