Great Stopwatch with fantastic Customer Support – When I received the stopwatch I had a couple of questions about operations. Submitted them and received a tremendous response within a matter of hours. Recently had an operations issue and again the response was fantastic including sending me a replacement watch as the most expedient way of addressing the issue. Love the watch and its customer support.

Oh How I Really, Really Wanted To Love This Stopwatch…(sigh) – So here’s my week’s been going: Got the first stopwatch last Saturday; spent about an hour studying the instruction manual and getting acquainted with it then went to bed for work the next day…got up, got dressed and reached for my shiny new watch with the nice chian I bought for it to find it totally dead. Contacted Amazon, they faithfully sent out another one which I received on Tuesday. Had one good day with it on Wednesday. Was off work Thursday so didn’t really touch it. Got up on Friday and reached for it and lo and behold – dead. I didn’t even get a chance to send the first one back in exchange for the replacement yet. This stopwatch is hot garbage. Do not buy. I repeat, DO NOT BUY

Silver stopwatch – I like the weight, the way it handles in my hand. I have to get used to re-setting it while trying to time races that are close to each other.

Battery Life – After 2 weeks, battery was dead. I only use this watch to coach once a day. Totally ridiculous that I now have to have a battery replaced already.

Pros and CONS – Cons first: Backlight: Dim, but works in zero light environment (3 seconds). Desperate upgrade to this watch: Make the back light programmable. it is a stopwatch, so be able to set the back light time to more than 3 seconds and once you turn it on, any other button should keep the light on until no more buttons are pressed. it keeps going out and you have to return it on while trying to set it = annoying. Once you turn on the light it should end 3 to 5 seconds after the last button you push so you don’t have to keep pushing it all the time to set it.

Metal! – Just a good solid stopwatch, and rather nostalgic. I like the feel of a metal stopwatch! It’s rugged and durable, so far has proven dependable. I have used it flawlessly this past track season without difficulty. I think this watch will serve me for years. I may buy more for my assistant coaches.
