It works But kind of watery compared to higher end chalks – This chalk will work for general use, but I will admit its not SUPER chalky and because it appears somewhat watery I will say it doesn’t last as long as more premium chalks. May be a good product for the person doing light to medium weight or someone who spends less than an hour in the gym. If you’re a hard working athlete/competitor though I would recommend something else as heavy sweat has a tendecy to dilute this chalk further than it already is and you will find yourself applying more before your workout session is over.

Works but… – My local gym (24hr fitness) no longer allows powder chalk. Read the reviews and thought I’d give liquid chalk a try. This one does its job, but with two huge caveats: One, its VERY messy, which defeats the whole point of disallowing power chalk. First time opening the bottle was like a water-damn burst…then it dried and got powder everywhere. 2 weeks in, and daily I have to clean dried powder from the top of the bottle. Second, my hands sweat a lot…but the reviews claim this is different than its competitors because it’ll keep your hands dry longer–I have to reapply after every set. This will end up being very expensive (a $2 bag of chalk lasts me over a year). Still giving this 3 stars because it (sort of) does its job. Gonna try a different brand next.

Best Liquid Chalk I’ve Tried – I have tried other liquid chalks from Amazon (I won’t name names) but this one is by far the best one. It does take a little longer to dry but the grip on it is 100% worth it. With other chalks, they smelled horrendous, but dried quickly. However, their biggest downfall was that they would not provide enough friction and I would STILL break open my calluses. I have not experienced any hand pain or blistering since using this chalk and no callus-breaking has occurred. Great product!
