A great improvement to the previous models! – I’ve been using these types of Under Armour water bottles for years. Their previous model of lids to go with these bottles were too fragile and would break easily if dropped. These new lids are a major improvement! I’ve dropped it and the lid didn’t crack or break! The only thing I would change would be to make the spout circular instead of the teardrop type shape. I prefer to have the lid off to the side while drinking instead of straight up, because it’s easier to drink from without your nose or forehead possibly hitting the lid. So with the spout being teardrop shape it’s harder to drink from if you want the lid off to the side.

Holds Temperature – I have owned multiple similar flasks but this recent design is short off the original design. It feels lighter and holds liquid temperature, shorter period than the first design. The first design unbelievably held temperature for over 24hrs! The non circular mouth piece compared to the first design prompt limited angle of drinking only, whereas the first design, any angle of choice works.

Nothing like the old version – I have always bought one or two of these per school year because my son uses it daily and we loved the old version but this new one will not even keep ice all day. Plus the old one didn’t sweat and this one sweats so bad. Now I’m using the old tumbler with the new lid. It leaks sometimes if you don’t remember to check the seal. Bring the old style back. They cost way too much to be this way.

Better features than any bottle I’ve had. But terrible quality. – I would have given it a 5 star for just the features and functionality, but there is a giant problem that makes me want to give it a 1 star. After just six months, a crack has developed around the top rim of the metal, which goes about 1/3 around the bottle. I can’t even believe this could happen to stainless steel. I’ve never had a stainless steel bottle crack or break (the plastic lids, yes, but the bottle, no).

Doesn’t keep things as cold as expected – I have a smaller sport bottle (also thermos made) but that one seemed to keep things cold for hours. This one doesn’t seem nearly as effective. I would assume a different design? Still nice bottle. Only other complaint, when closing the pop open lid it often spitzes a little liquid, which for me, means getting it on my glasses. I’m learning to have to turn the bottle before closing the lid – not a big deal…
