– Although it says no leak on the instructions it says to keep it upright – have used it a few times with hot coffee and I find the plastic top gets hot but liquid inside remains at temperature.

– Love this cup. I can make a hot drink when I arrive at work and it stays drinkable until the afternoon. I work in a school so it is important that I have a cup that locks securely and this does the trick. I have always used another brand of thermal mug but after using this I would never buy another.

Broke right away – After just a few hours of using the lid broke. And I can’t use it 🙁

– The flip up part of the lid is very easily opened so if this is in a bag while traveling to work it pops open and you loose the contents. I’ve had to buy another kind of cup as this is not suitable for me
