Zipper came off track in a month – I like almost everything about this backpack, but it was replacing a cheap backpack that I got from work that I had for years because both zippers came off track. This one had a zipper get caught in the flap that runs along the zipper and it eventually came off track. Poor design in my opinion. One of the zippers is still functional so it’s still working for me, but not as intended. I also don’t care for the back straps, they will slide off of your shoulders depending on the type of shirt you are wearing because they have no grip.
