Relatively inexpensive. Gets the job done. – It’s super simple to set up & attach to the trunk.

Great bike rack – The bike rack came fully Assembled. It work great on my 2019 Kia Sportage, would highly recommend this bike rack

Great three-bike rack – 1000 miles at 70 mph no problem! – I bought this rack for a 1000 mile road trip from Florida to Virginia for the TransAm and it didn’t disappoint. I have previously owned a cheap and cheerful Bell two-bike rack that did the job but it was not as well constructed or as stable as this rack. I had three Specialized hybrids on the rack (1x large, 1x medium & 1x small frame) and it worked a treat on the trunk of a Nissan ’17 Altima rental. All three bikes had rear pannier racks (one also with a front fork rack), I took the pedals off to ensure fit and that so that the frames wouldn’t scratch, and the seats off to reduce the weight and windage. Windy and rainy the whole way up but the rack had no problems, even considering it was running at about 90% of its 100lb rating. A few white-knuckle moments for me at 70-ish Mph going over bumps coming off of bridges on the I-70, but the rack didn’t budge. I had to re-tighten the sidestraps once (about 1/16″) after about 200 miles when I detected a slight left to right wobble starting, but it is to be expected with a new rack with straps that have yet to stretch and I had heaps of notice in the rear-view mirror. No Requirement to adjust the top and bottom (elasticised) straps. I used some bungees to ensure that the wheels stayed tight together and some old neoprene taped on to three or four points across three bikes where I thought they may rub on such a long journey. I like the rubber straps used to keep the bikes in the frame over the velcro on my last rack. The inner bike was well clear of the trunk and rear bar of the Altima. I read some reviews critical of how hard it is to fit three bikes onto the frame, but in reality it’s a breeze (alternate them front to rear) and if you’re not prepared to spend five minutes taking off the pedals you deserve to get your car or bike scratched! I see how if you used it all the time it could possibly wear the contact points on the paint of the trunk, and I would address this with some rubber (maybe old inner tube?) in between the mounting strap hooks and the trunk. Great rack for the price (even better for me as I bought it as a Warehouse Deal!) and I highly recommend it for those who can’t have or don’t want a permanent rack and need to move three bikes.

So easy to install! – First off I’m a little annoyed that I just got it A little over a week and the price has dropped almost $20. Overall it seems like a good bike rack. And very easy to install and fits great on my 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe. I have only had one bike on it so far so I’m not sure how it will work once we get three on there which is the plan. You definitely need to use the extra straps to secure your bike. Reading the other reviews I was a little worried about scratching my car but that doesn’t seem to be an issue. I am going to put some tape on the metal clips just to be safe. I really like how easy it is to put on and take off my car and that I can do it by myself . There is definitely no security so if you live in an area that you don’t feel safe I would take it off and put it in your trunk during your ride. Someone could easily and very quickly take it off and throw it in their car. Reliable with Safety and Cosmetic Considerations – I have possessed this item for a few months now. It does what it is designed to do, however, there are a few considerations that need to be employed in using this item. My fiancé and I have experienced the BRAG cycling event in Rutledge, GA recently; that’s approximately 200+ miles from where we live. We put two bikes on the vehicle with this mount and we had no issues with the exception of me riding too fast over a speed bump. In that instance, the top right strap came undone because it was hooked on the plastic portion of the my trunk (which is snapped into the metal portion of the car). Every vehicle is different of course, and using this requires a little bit of creativity.

Decent Bike Rack – Loved the fact that the rubber pads that the bikes sit on rotated to accommodate the bike’s body frame angles on the woman’s bikes. No need for additional components (e.g., the bar adapter) to mount to rack.

I was nervous but we made it – This was overall great but I was nervous. Ended up putting only two bikes on it and wedging the third in the back of my car because I did not like the way it was sliding. This quite possibly was a weight distribution thing with the bikes, but there was a definite difference after I removed the one. Visibility was overall fine.
