Easy to keep hold of for older hands – This is easy for me to keep hold of — I have carpal tunnel syndrome, and kept dropping my other water bottle. This one is easy to carry. I’ve dropped it twice, and it hasn’t cracked.

Perfect/Great customer service – Due to a medical condition, I cannot eat most solid foods. I live on a blend of protein powder, veggies, and fruits. I put half in these bottles and pop them in the freezer. I pull them out and fill them with more juice. I take them everywhere. They go from freezer to room temp, to hot water cleaning with great durability. I love the handle. I love the closing of the top. I very much dislike the ones you have to unscrew the top, or they are too fat to hold. The only exception is because I do freeze them they sweat. I wrap them in a paper towel and problem solved. One last note. Out of the over ten I have ordered through the years one did arrive cracked. I went directly through Arrow. The item was replaced IMMEDIATELY. No forms, skew numbers, questions, my mother’s maiden name. Great customer service.
