Helps me keep my water intake optimal – I LOVE this product because it tracks my water I take and it’s like a game to keep it up! It’s large enough to MAKE me look at it remind me to drink. The only thing I don’t like is how much it sweats when I take it out of the refrigerator and set it on my desk. If this could be fixed it would be awesome. But I gave 5 stars anyway because it works for me!

it’s hard to drink from – I like the color and it is a solid water jug. With the straw on I couldn’t get the water to pour out. taking it off is ok but it really hard to drink from as the water does not flow out. not sure how to get it to flow smoother and it’s to solid to squeeze the jug. Plus it’s big so I think it will just be a jug so I can measure what I pour into a cup each day to get a better idea of my water intake.
