Great for hiking – Very nice product, great finish but not the best to use with a water bottle cage on a bike. This is great for hiking. The bottle is hard and not easy to fit and remove -if use with a water bottle cage-. Other than that it’s really nice. Love the color.

Great bottle, rose colour has no strap though! – I originally bought the grey/black version of this bottle in TK Maxx in England and loved it but lost it whilst out shopping. I couldn’t find a decent replacement in Hong Kong so decided to order a new one. Loved this colour and as it’s in the same listing as the black one I originally had I assumed it would be exactly the same, only the pink one doesn’t come with a handstrap which was one of the main things I loved about the bottle. Sad. Will try and find a suitable strap because I love the bottle still, just wish I’d have known before ordering. Owel.

Customer service ignored me – Mine passed quality control without a lid gasket and it leaked. If it had worked it would be my favorite of all times. I trie emailing customer service. They answered, figured out my problem, then basically ignored me, even after emailing them again, asking for a solution.
