Really beautiful Rhythmic Gymnastics Ball, but not for competition – As a Rhythmic Gymnastics and Rhythmic Figure Skating coach, I have to ensure my athletes have the right equipment. The Gold Ball caught my eye because it looked stunning and pictures. Visually, it did not disappoint as it is very beautiful. It did feel fairly small and kind of see-through and was going to be used for one of my Senior athletes. I compared the weight of her previous Violet Ball (for Juniors) and the new Gold LeStage Ball, unfortunately, the Gold ball will not be able to meet Senior FIG specifications as it is not 400g. She will be using it for practice as it is still a great looking Ball with good grip.
